New Year Reset Retreat
Let's kick off 2023 with focus and intention.
January is a great time to reflect on the past year and reset for the new one ahead. Spend time reflecting on 2022, embracing lessons learned, and releasing the things that are no longer serving you. Then turn toward a new year of hope and possibility by getting clear on your intentions, learning about healthy ways you can care for yourself, and making practical, doable goals for your life. You'll leave relaxed, refreshed, and with renewed vision for 2023. Let's make 2023 the year that we care for ourselves!
The New Year Reset Retreat will take place Saturday, January 7 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm at The Perch in Aurora, IL. You'll get:

- Numerous activities to help you reflect on 2022 and set intentions for 2023
- Focused time for setting your intentions for the year
- A peaceful, refreshing environment that invites reflection
- A workbook with activities, journaling prompts, and more
- A supportive environment where you can connect with like-minded people
- Beverages, snacks, and a box lunch (we're happy to honor your dietary needs!)
- The opportunity to meet one-on-one with Amy Jackson when you add on a Soul Care Session

Soul Care Sessions
Retreat attendees can sign up for an optional 60-minute one-on-one session with Amy Jackson, founder and director of The Perch. When you choose this option, you'll schedule a meeting with Amy for the following week (January 9-14). Meetings may be held through Zoom or in person. Once you register with this option, Amy will reach out to schedule your appointment time. This is a great opportunity to continue reflecting on the retreat, the themes that stuck out, and the questions that came up. We can also talk through practical next steps for you. This optional Soul Care Session costs an additional $70 (regularly $99!). Soul Care Session appointments are on a first-come basis. If you'd like one, please register early to ensure you get your preferred time!
Many of us have been hit hard financially over the past year, and the registration fee may be out of reach for you. If you would like to attend the retreat but can't afford it, there are scholarships available to lower the cost and make the retreat accessible to you. To apply for a scholarship, please email Amy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
