Yoga Wisdom for Today
This summer, we're focused on gaining wisdom from yoga for living in today's world. While yoga is not a religion, it does have a set of ethics and values that can help us live well in a harsh world. Each week, we'll dive into an important bit of wisdom for today and talk about what yoga wisdom has to offer. Join us for all 4 workshops this summer, and you'll get a discounted rate!
Join us from 5:30-6:30 pm on 4 Wednesdays this summer for practical, enlightening, and encouraging workshops:
June 10: Knowing the Self
June 24: Living in a Harsh World
July 8: Creating Balance in Life
July 22: Choosing Authenticity over Perfection
Then join us after each workshop for Walk & Talk from 6:30-7:30 pm!
