Through a blend of radical self-compassion practices and cognitive reframing, you will learn how to transition from being your own toughest critic to your own most reliable ally.

If you've struggled with offering yourself the same acceptance, kindness, and compassion that you offer others, this workshop is for you.

About the Presenter

Amy Jackson is founder and director of The Perch located in Aurora, Illinois. She is the author of Unhurried: A 52-Week Meditative Bible Reading Guide and 31 Days of Self Kindness, an RYT-200 yoga teacher, and a certified Wellness and Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator. Jackson also holds an M.A. in Christian Formation and Ministry from Wheaton College. She spends time leading retreats, teaching about soul care, and helping all sorts of people discover yoga. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, give themselves kindness, and live out their calling in healthy, flourishing ways.

Is this workshop only for women?

No! As always, retreats and workshops offered by The Perch are open to all adults regardless of gender.

What food and snacks will be available?

I'll have snacks and drinks available, including dairy-free and gluten-free options. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks or dinner if you'd like.
