You're allowed to have needs.
Here's the truth: many of us have been conditioned to believe that we should not have needs--or at least we're not supposed to let those needs come before anyone else's needs.
But you DO have needs, and there's nothing wrong with that. Let's talk about this dynamic and learn how boundaries can help us care for our needs.
Boundaries can feel like a bad word, but they are simply about communicating what's okay and not okay around us. Boundaries help us protect our energy, prioritize what's important to us, and show up in healthy ways.
And guess what? Boundaries are perhaps the BIGGEST thing you can do to move the needle on your self-care. Let's learn how together!
This workshop is part of our Winter Workshop Series all about self-care! Be sure to join us for the rest of the workshops as well!
