Grab your mat and enjoy an all-levels gentle yoga class to kickstart our day of wellness. Amy will lead a 60-minute class focused on being present and mindful to our bodies as we cultivate self-compassion. You'll be invited into soft, gentle movements that bring ease to your mind and body.
Join us from 9:00-10:15 am on February 22 for this relaxing class as part of Winter Wellness Weekend at The Perch!
When you register for this workshop, you'll be registered just for Yoga for Self-Compassion with Amy from 9:00-10:15 am. If you'd like to participate in the other workshops during the Winter Wellness Weekend, be sure to register for them separately or purchase the Full Access Pass.

9:00-10:15 am: Yoga for Self-Compassion with Amy
10:30 am-12:30 pm: Self-Kindness Through Calligraphy with Enjoli
12:30-1:30 pm: Lunch break with On-Your-Own Activities
1:30-3:00 pm: Self-Kindness Therapeutic Art with Amy
3:15-4:00 pm: Self-Kindness Meditation with Amy

Scholarships
Many of us have been hit hard financially over the past few years, and the registration fee may be out of reach for you. If you would like to attend the Winter Wellness Weekend but can't afford it, there are scholarships available to lower the cost and make this workshop accessible to you. Is the Winter Wellness Weekend only for women?
No! As always, retreats and workshops offered by The Perch are open to all adults regardless of gender.
What food and snacks will be available?
I take great care in providing snacks and lunches that meet various dietary needs so you can relax and enjoy rather than worry about food.
