In this soothing and relaxing workshop, you'll be guided to create a simple spring art project. Using watercolors, pens, and other tools, you'll lose yourself in the fun of creating. Discover how peaceful and mindful it can be to create like you are a kid again.
Join us from 1:30-2:15 pm on April 26 for this fun and soothing workshop as part of Spring Wellness Weekend at The Perch!
When you register for this workshop, you'll be registered just for Soothing Spring Art with Amy from 1:30-2:15 pm. If you'd like to participate in the other workshops during the Spring Wellness Weekend, be sure to register for them separately or purchase the Full Access Pass.

9:00-10:15 am: Spring Yoga and Breath Work with Amy
10:30 am-12:00 pm: Dopamine Reset with Amy
12:00-1:30 pm: Lunch break with On-Your-Own Activities
1:30-2:15 pm: Soothing Spring Art with Amy
2:30-4:00 pm: Create Your Own Wellness Tea with The Irie Cup

Scholarships
Many of us have been hit hard financially over the past few years, and the registration fee may be out of reach for you. If you would like to attend the Spring Wellness Weekend but can't afford it, there are scholarships available to lower the cost and make this workshop accessible to you. Is the Spring Wellness Weekend only for women?
No! As always, retreats and workshops offered by The Perch are open to all adults regardless of gender.
Is the Spring Wellness Weekend only for adults?
In general, yes. We like to keep this a resting space for adults without children around. That said, if you think your 16- or 17-year-old would benefit, please reach out to Amy.
What food and snacks will be available?
I take great care in providing snacks and lunches that meet various dietary needs so you can relax and enjoy rather than worry about food.
