Create a Keepsake to Remember the Day

Leaves remind us that there is a season for everything, and sometimes that season means letting go. Create a keepsake in beautiful fall colors to place in your home!

In this fun and mindful workshop, you'll paint a leaf trinket tray to store treasures in. Whether it gathers hair ties, rings, acorns, or coins, this fun holder will help you remember everything you learned in our time together.

Join us from 1:15-2:45 pm on September 13 for these restful and healing sessions as part of Fall Wellness Weekend at The Perch!

No yoga mat? No problem! We have lots to share. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it. All other materials and props will be provided.

When you register for this, you'll be registered just for Make and Take: Leaf Trinket Tray from 3:00-4:00 pm. If you'd like to participate in the other workshops during the Fall Wellness Weekend, be sure to register for them separately or purchase the Full Access Pass.

Here's our schedule for the day:

9:00-9:30 am: Welcome and Settle In

9:30-10:30 am: Qigong and Tai Chi with Zuzana
