It’s tempting to spend our time worrying about the future or replaying the past. But our life is happening right here in the present moment. Don’t miss it! This deck of daily affirmations will invite you to be mindful and to show up for your life in the present.
Choose a card from the stack and place it in the wood block. There are 31 total (one for each day of the month). Then say the affirmation to yourself. It may be helpful to place a hand on your heart as you do this.
You might also use these affirmations as a prompt for meditation, prayer, or journaling. Simply draw a card, say it to yourself, and then notice what bubbles up in your heart and mind. What feels challenging about the affirmation? What experiences does it remind you of? What might you do today to lean into this affirmation?
