Find Your Grounding
During this beginner-friendly yoga class, we'll use poses and breathing exercises to feel grounded and centered. No prior yoga experience is needed. When you arrive, we'll have breakfast items and coffee and tea to enjoy. We'll ease into our morning after that.

When you register for this workshop, you'll only be registered for Grounding Yoga from 9-10:30 am. If you'd like to participate in the other workshops during the Fall Wellness Weekend, be sure to register for them separately or purchase the All Day Pass. Get all the info here.
On September 26, we'll be offering workshops and classes all day to help you feel grounded and centered.
Here's our schedule for the day:
9:00-10:30 am: Welcome and Grounding Yoga
10:45 am-11:45 pm: Journaling for Release
12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch Break
1:00-2:30 pm: Fall Watercolor
2:45-4:00 pm: Exploring Labyrinths for Meditation

Is the Fall Wellness Weekend only for women?
No! As always, retreats and workshops offered by The Perch are open to all adults regardless of gender.
What food and snacks will be available?
I take great care in providing snacks and lunches that meet various dietary needs so you can relax and enjoy rather than worry about food. If you register for the All Day Pass, you'll be sent a form closer to the Fall Wellness Weekend to learn about any dietary needs.
