Embrace the rhythms of fall with this retreat day designed to help you feel grounded and centered. We'll move slowly from one grounding activity to the next, and you'll love how centered and filled up you feel at the end of the day!

On September 26, we'll be offering workshops and classes all day to help you feel grounded and centered.

With this All Day Pass, you'll be able to join us for the entire day of programming and you'll save 20%!! Plus, you'll get a special gift only for those who join us for the full day!

When you register by July 31, you'll get our Early Bird Rate and save 30%!!

Here's our schedule for the day:

9:00-10:30 am: Welcome and Grounding Yoga (normally $35)

10:45 am-11:45 pm: Journaling for Release (normally $40)

12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch Break (normally $30)

1:00-2:30 pm: Fall Watercolor (normally $45)

2:45-4:00 pm: Exploring Labyrinths for Meditation (normally $45)

Registration for the All Day Pass will end on September 23, or earlier if we sell out.

Is the Fall Wellness Weekend only for women?

No! As always, retreats and workshops offered by The Perch are open to all adults regardless of gender.

What food and snacks will be available?

I take great care in providing snacks and lunches that meet various dietary needs so you can relax and enjoy rather than worry about food. If you register for the All Day Pass, you'll be sent a form closer to the Fall Wellness Weekend to learn about any dietary needs.
