Discover a Healthy Spine
Join us for an educational and enlightening yoga workshop designed to help you discover spine health. It's been said that a moving spine is a healthy spine, and you'll discover exactly what that's true in this workshop with Dr. Jeff Manning. Through yoga poses, targeted stretches, and mindful breathing exercises, we’ll address common issues with spine health.
Led by Dr. Jeff Manning, Doctor of Chiropractic, we'll learn about the anatomy and bone structure of the spine and surrounding area so you can understand the underlying causes of spine discomfort and learn techniques to alleviate pain and improve flexibility. Perfect for all levels, this workshop will invite you to release built-up tension, reconnect with your body, and find some ease. Take a deep breath, let go, and embrace the relief. Please note: we may engage some partner work as part of this workshop.
Join us Saturday, January 11 from 10 am - 12 pm at The Perch!
