Shake off winter tightness.

Grab your mat and enjoy an all-levels gentle yoga class to kickstart our day of wellness. Amy will lead a 60-minute class focused on stretching out commonly tight areas and helping our bodies deeply relax. We'll begin our morning slowly with coffee, tea, pastries, and fruit. Then we'll move to the yoga room for our class.

Join us at 9:00 am on February 21 for this mindful yoga class as part of Winter Wellness Weekend at The Perch!

When you register for this class, you'll only be registered for the yoga class from 9-10:30 am. If you'd like to participate in the other workshops during the Winter Wellness Weekend, be sure to register for them separately or purchase the All Day Pass. Get all the info here.

On February 21, we'll be offering workshops and classes all day to help you embrace cozy self-care activities that support your well-being.

Here's our schedule for the day:

9:00-10:30 am: Stretch & Relax Yoga with Amy

10:45 am-12:00 pm: Cozy Up with Yourself Journaling Workshop

12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch break with Cozy and Nourishing Food

1:00-3:00 pm: Hygge Make and Take

3:00-4:00 pm: Book & Puzzle Exchange

Is the Winter Wellness Weekend only for women?

No! As always, retreats and workshops offered by The Perch are open to all adults regardless of gender.

What if I've never done yoga?

You're in the right place! Our yoga class will be beginner-friendly with a focus on clear instructions and a slow pace so you can practice safely and confidently.

What food and snacks will be available?

I take great care in providing food that meets various dietary needs so you can relax and enjoy rather than worry about food. You'll be sent a form closer to the Winter Wellness Weekend to learn about any dietary needs.
