During our time together, you'll create a set of affirmation cards that you can take home to encourage you in your goals and keep you leaning into growth.

Amy will provide inspiration cards as well as a bunch of materials to prompt your creativity. Then you can create to your heart's content!

Join us at 10:45 am on April 11 for this inspiring session as part of Spring Wellness Weekend at The Perch!

When you register for this class, you'll only be registered for the affirmations workshop from 10:45 am - 12 pm. If you'd like to participate in the other workshops during the Spring Wellness Weekend, be sure to register for them separately or purchase the All Day Pass. Get all the info here.

On April 11, we'll be offering workshops and classes all day to help you lean into growth and take the next step toward the life you want.

Here's our schedule for the day:

9:00-10:30 am: Yoga and Breathwork

10:45 am-12:00 pm: Create-Your-Own Affirmations Workshop 

12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch Break 

1:00-2:00 pm: Mindfulness Walk 

2:15-4:00 pm: Plants & Pots: Paint your own pot and pick out a plant!

FAQ

Is the Spring Wellness Weekend only for women?

No! As always, retreats and workshops offered by The Perch are open to all adults regardless of gender.

What food and snacks will be available?

I take great care in providing snacks and lunches that meet various dietary needs so you can relax and enjoy rather than worry about food. If you register for the All Day Pass, you'll be sent a form closer to the Spring Wellness Weekend to learn about any dietary needs.
