To encourage you to move your body, The Perch has a special challenge called Move It May! Download the tracker here and then fill it up with movement.
Moving our bodies helps our overall wellness--mental, emotional, and physical. And it doesn't have to be strenuous to help! Commit to moving more in May, and you'll get a prize from The Perch.
Each time you move for 10+ minutes counts as an activity! It could be yoga, biking, walking, dancing, swimming, weight lifting, playing with your kids, etc.
When you do an activity, put a star or a sticker on the day.
If you do your activity with someone else, you get 2 stars!
If you attend a yoga class at The Perch, you get 5 stars!
Once you have 20 stars, turn it in to The Perch for a prize!
It's completely FREE to participate in Move It May! Just "register" for free and you'll get the printable tracker in your inbox! Or, grab a tracker when you're at The Perch. Then return your tracker to The Perch by May 31 for a prize!
