Virtual Soul Care Toolkit Workshop
August 20, August 27, September 3, September 10 │7:00 pm - 8:00 pm CST
If you've ever wondered what a personalized soul care plan would look like for your life, you don't want to miss this 4-part workshop. We'll talk about what soul care is and isn't, how to find soul care practices that are right for you in this season of your life, and how to plan for meaningful soul care in your everyday schedule.
You'll have a chance to try several different types of practices and create a personalized toolkit of practices that are helpful for you. On top of that, you'll create a personal plan for integrating soul care into your everyday life. You will also receive a printed workbook to accompany our time together. Shipping is free for this workbook!
We'll meet for 4 separate sessions on Zoom to cover the practical material, and you'll have an opportunity to try out what you learn between meetings. Each meeting will consist of teaching, trying out 1 or more practices together, and Q & A time with Amy Jackson.
All participants will also receive access to the playback videos for each session.

Important Notes on Using Zoom:
This is a Zoom meeting. While you'll be muted for the majority of the meeting, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your own experiences, and add insights to our time together. Alternatively, you can choose to remain muted and even turn off your video if you'd like to simply watch.
