5 Minute Soul Care Workshop
If you've got 5 minutes in your day, I'll show you how to engage soul care consistently.
Let's face it: we live incredibly busy lives. Fitting consistent soul care into our lives can feel daunting. Yet we know we need to care for ourselves so that we can live healthy, thriving lives of purpose. We all know what happens when we aren't caring for ourselves: we're irritable, we blow up on our loved ones, we feel anxious and stressed, and we crawl into bed completely exhausted every night, knowing that we're running on an empty tank. How can we connect with God, ourselves, and others in meaningful ways that actually fit into our lives?
This 90-minute workshop will show you the easiest way to get started with consistent soul care: 5 Minute Soul Care. I'll explain this simple yet effective strategy, why it works so well, and guide you step-by-step as you make your plan for getting started with consistent soul care. The best part is you can implement your plan immediately!
Join us on May 13 from 7:00 - 8:30 pm CDT for this virtual workshop!
