Soul Care Cohorts
How can I fit soul care into my life?
If you've ever wondered what a personalized soul care plan could look like for your life, you don't want to miss your chance to join one of our Soul Care Cohorts this summer. These intentional groups will discuss what soul care is and isn't, how to find soul care practices that are right for you in this season of your life, and how to plan for meaningful soul care in your everyday schedule.
Over 7 weeks, you'll have a chance to try several different types of practices and find which practices are most meaningful to you. Then you'll create a personal plan for integrating soul care into your everyday life, incorporating meaningful practices into your schedule.
To set you up for success in your soul care, you'll receive:
- Practical, doable, and hands-on instruction on a wide variety of soul care practices to find what works for you
- A workbook with assessments, ideas, and helpful practices that we'll use in our time together
- Expert facilitation from Amy Jackson, founder and director of The Perch and author of Unhurried
- Ongoing support from your cohort members and Amy Jackson
- Access to a Private Facebook Group to connect with your cohort outside of group meetings
- Step-by-step guidance as you create your personalized soul care plan

What if I can't make one of the meetings?
While you'll get a lot more from the cohort when you join us for the meetings, I completely understand that things come up! I'll personally email you after the meeting to ensure you know what we covered and share key points with you so you can move forward in confidence.
How will I be added to the Private Facebook Group?
During the last week of May, you'll receive an email with information on joining your cohort's Private Facebook Group. It's a very simple process from there!
Do I have to use Facebook to be in the cohort?
Absolutely not! The Private Facebook Groups are simply an additional way to connect with the other members of your cohort, share resources, and ask questions. If you do not want to use the Private Facebook Group, that's not a problem at all. Be sure to let Amy Jackson know so you can be contacted in another way that works well for you. (To contact Amy, just reply to your registration email or leave a note at checkout.)
When will I get my materials?
During the final week of May, you'll receive your digital workbook in PDF format. You'll be able to access it on your computer, tablet, or phone. You are also welcome to print it out!
